EVERY last Thursday of the month meet with us 6:30pm at the Elder-Ado center 320 Brownsville Road. The Hilltop Economic Development Corporation is a 501c3 non-profit community development corporation dedicated to serving Pittsburgh’s hilltop neighborhoods of Arlington, Bon Air, Knoxville and Mt. Oliver.The HEDC was founded in 2007 by a committed group of community stakeholders who wish to see the Hilltop neighborhoods grow and thrive as safe, healthy and enjoyable neighborhoods to live and work in. Our mission is: To serve as a community resource in strengthening and developing the south Pittsburgh businesses and neighborhoods. Our vision is: To help build a sound foundation to support the economic development and welfare of our community. To create a vibrancy for the businesses and neighborhoods of the South Pittsburgh Hilltop area. To enhance the lives and future for all businesses and individuals in our community. To enrich a thriving community with a healthy quality of life including educational programs, visitor information services and community events.
